Itinerary

Day 01: Pangkalan Bun Airport - Kumai city - Tanjung Harapan. Meeting point at Pangkalan Bun airport, directly transfer to Kumai city, then visit Tanjung Harapan camp and walk to the orangutan feeding station and watch the long nose monkey.

Day 02: Boat - Pondok Tangguy - Camp Leakey After breakfast at 7 in the morning, we sailed along the Seikonyer River for an hour to Pondok Tangguy, walked to the forest for 45 minutes to the dining platform and saw other wildlife species, returned to the ship and sailed for 2 hours to the oldest campsite in Tanjung Puting National Park , Camp Leakey.

Day 03: Boat - Tanjung Putting - Kumai - Pangkalan Bun Airport Breakfast, enjoy morning, then continue to Pesalat Camp. When we got there, we took a walk while learning and watching people do Re-forestation. Then return to the boat and cruise back to Kumai airport and Pangkalan Bun by taxi. Tour ends.

Tours are customised, so you can start your tour at whatever time suits you. Most guests choose to be met at the airport on their arrival, and transfer to their klotok to start their tour straight away. Most guests also finish their tour at the airport on their last day.

We recommend that you book a flight to arrive in Pangkalan Bun the day before your tour starts. This way, if your flight is delayed, you wouldn’t miss any of your tour. There are plenty of cheap hotels to stay at in Pangkalan Bun.

All tourist must be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa, carrying a valid passport at all times and all tour booking confirmation documents upon check-in. All tourists to Indonesia must have a passport with a minimum validity of six months after the estimated date of return and have proof of onward travel, both returns via ticket.

Additional fees only for accommodation will be required in high season (July, September) & peak season (December January period).

Every cancellation is carried out within 14 days during normal season, 30 days in high season and 45 days in peak season prior to arrival, cancellation fees will be charged. Early check-out will be subject to a room price one night during low season and will be charged one full night during high and peak season. Non-refundable for any service that is not used.
